Table of Contents Report

Once the maps have been published using the HTML Wizard, Process Navigator generates a Table of Contents report based on the Activities in the selected maps. This is displayed automatically in your PC’s browser.

You can also find a recently generated Table of Contents report in the following folder:

Documents > Process Navigator > Reports

Regenerating a Report

You can regenerate a Table of Contents report for activities in any previously published maps from the Reports menu:

  1. Select Reports > Run XSL Transform.
  2. Under report definition file, browse to C:\Program Files\Triaster\Process Navigator\Transforms\Catalogue Transforms\Table of Contents.xslt. Click on Open.
  3. NOTE: You can also regenerate a report from a Catalogue xml file.

  4. You are warned that the report may take a few minutes to prepare. Click on Yes to proceed.
  5. The report is displayed in your PC’s browser automatically.

Viewing Published Maps

You can also view individual HTML map files directly, in addition to via the links in a Table of Contents report. After publishing, individual map files are saved in, and can be viewed from, the folder you selected in Step 2 of the wizard. By default, this is:

Documents > Process Navigator > Intranet

When viewing maps, you can drill down on the Activities to the lower-level maps and all hyperlinks within the maps are maintained.
