Specifying Multiple Map Output Files

NOTE: Import commands are only available in Advanced Mode.

Unless you specify otherwise, Process Navigator will create a single map process in the appropriate Visio file format: VDX for Visio 2010 or earlier, or VSDM for Visio 2013. If you want to have multiple files with one file per Node:

1. Add a new sheet to the Excel file called Filenames
2. Name the first two columns:
• Node Reference
• Path
3. List each Node on the Process Elements sheet under the Node Reference column.
4. In the Path column, type the location and name of file to be used to store data for all mapping information for shapes belonging to this Node. If you enter a relative path, the target output will be generated relative to the location of the Excel file.
