Search Results show Incorrect Names

Symptoms

In the Search Results page, after a Quick Search, the list of files do not show the expected Document Title or Filename.

Cause

The Quick Search settings are set to show the Document Title Field and that field in the Document does not contain the expected text.

Solution

Choose one of the following:

  1. On the Administration tab, select Edit Configuration, then Quick Search. Open the file and select Filename or Document Title Field as appropriate.
  2. Ensure that the correct information is in the Document Title Field of the files.

NOTE: If there is nothing in the Document Title Field, the Filename will be used instead.
