Cannot Save Files in Mapstore

1. Ensure that the person has access to the folder.
2. Confirm that they have Full Control access to folder.
3. Check to see whether the person can add any files into the folder.
4. If they cannot add any files, then it is likely to be an IT network permissions problem, so you will need to contact your IT Department.
