Step 3: Updating after Update Request from Review

Maps may be updated at any time, due to changes in the process. There is also a minimum time after which, if otherwise unchanged, they have to be reviewed by the Reviewer.

After reviewing the map, the Reviewer may decide that rework is required on the map. They will set the Review status of the map to Rework and give a reason. The map will then be returned to Sandpit for editing and you will receive an email.

1. Open the map in the Sandpit using the Map Control Console.
2. Make the edits as requested.
3. Prepare the map for Approval:
• Delete the Reason for Rework.
• Change the Approval Status from Rework to Modified.
• Set Ready for Approval to Yes.
4. The map will then be published for Approval at the next Sandpit publish.
