Delete Site

To delete a site (only the HTML versions of process maps. The Visio or Excel source files in the corresponding map folders will not be deleted):

  1. Browse to a Triaster Process Library (do not open the site you want to delete).
  2. Go to Administration tab, logging in if requested.
  3. Either select Library Explorer, then the Site you wish to delete and on the right, select Delete Site
    or click on the Delete Site option under Library Management in the sidebar.
  4. The Delete Site page is displayed . If you selected the Library Explorer option, it will state the Site (and its Library) that is to be deleted instead of displaying the drop down box.

  5. Select the site to be deleted from the dropdown list.

    6. NOTE: You cannot delete the current site. If you want to do so, log off this site and log on to another site in this or another library.

  6. Click on the Delete Site button.

CAUTION! Deletion will be permanent and cannot be undone. However, process maps and menu pages are not deleted and must be removed manually. Sites should only be deleted using the Triaster Process Library: files or folders related to sites (apart from maps or menu pages) should NEVER be removed manually (for example by using Windows Explorer).
